Erin Jensen joined Artese Zandri in 2023 after graduating from Brooklyn Law School, where she was an Edward V. Sparer Fellow for public interest. In her fellowship, Erin spent her time defending the rights of children on welfare, parental rights, and juvenile delinquency matters with The Legal Aid Society – Juvenile Rights Practice (JRP). During her work with JRP, Erin gained valuable trial experience advocating for the rights of children in Family Court while navigating the unique needs of clients involved in traumatic and emotionally charged cases.

Born in Florida and raised in Texas, Erin is the firm’s “Southerner.” Erin graduated from the University of Mississippi (“Ole Miss”), where she majored in Public Policy Leadership and minored in Psychology. During her undergraduate studies, Erin focused on the influence of Southern politics and resulting policy responses to factors such as education, poverty, and public administration.

Erin believes in providing intentional and compassionate advocacy for clients in need, especially in the context of family law matters where uncertainty and emotions are running at all-time highs. Outside of work, Erin enjoys reading, baking, college football (Go Rebs!), and exploring New York with her husband and Golden Retriever, Georgia.
